What are the requirements for check valves?

A one-way valve is an automatic valve that prevents the backflow of media. It relies on the flow of media to automatically open and close the valve disc. Its main function is to prevent the reverse rotation of the drive motor, the discharge of container media, and the backflow of media.

The one-way valve can increase the pressure inside to make it exceed the auxiliary system supply pipeline given by the system. The medium flowing from one direction, driven by this pressure, the valve disc automatically opens. When the medium flows back, the bed force of this flow drives the valve disc to close, thereby cutting off the backflow of the medium.

A one-way valve is a valve that allows fluid to flow only along the inlet, but the medium at the outlet cannot flow back. It is used in hydraulic systems to prevent oil from flowing in the opposite direction, or in pneumatic systems to prevent compressed air from flowing in the opposite direction. It has two types: straight-through and right-angle. Straight-through one-way valves are installed on the pipeline with threaded connections. Right-angle one-way valves have threaded connections, plate connections, and flange connections.

The function of a one-way valve is to allow the medium to flow in one direction only and prevent it from flowing in the opposite direction. Usually this valve works automatically. Under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-reclosing valve disc act on the valve seat to cut off the flow. It has a wide range of applications and high pressure resistance. It is suitable for various liquids and gases. This valve uses rubber seals, which not only has good sealing performance under high pressure but also maintains good sealing performance under very low air pressure.

Precautions when using the product:

(1) When assembling the product, follow the arrow direction and do not assemble it in reverse.
(2) Consider installing a back pressure valve on the oil return T port of the lifting equipment, with an opening pressure of 5-10 bar to improve system stability.
(3) Installed between the pump and the relief valve, not between the relief valve and the pump.
(4) The oil return port is installed in the motor housing to prevent the motor from being installed at a high position and causing siphoning.

The requirements for one-way valves are usually: low opening pressure, good reverse sealing, small forward flow, and sensitive action. They are used in situations where oil backflow is not allowed: used at the outlet of the hydraulic pump to prevent the hydraulic pump from being damaged by oil backflow due to excessive system pressure; to separate unnecessary connections in the oil circuit; to use its good sealing to achieve the pressure-maintaining function, and to form a composite valve with other components, such as a one-way throttle valve, a one-way sequence valve, etc., and use a relatively large rigidity spring as a back pressure valve.
